Fritz is a born and raised Moravia boy who is passionate about BBQ, his family and supporting his Community.
We purchased a new facility to work out of last summer at 5 Adams St. You may be able to catch us open occasionally and taste a little of what we deliver throughout the year. At this point there is no party too big or too small. We have catered small, private events and large scale commercial functions. It’s the care, pride and customization in our catering that separates us from the rest – That AND the Brown Sugar based blend that is hand-rubbed on our meat every time before grilling.
We will go above and beyond to make sure your party is perfect. Our team is professional and detail oriented and our products are sourced locally and can be customized to any dietary restriction.
